Saturday, September 27 | 6:00–9:00 p.m. Cochelet Dinner at 3100 Cellars
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the end of harvest and the turn of the season. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, seasonal dinner menu, paired perfectly with our newest bubbles. Mingle with fellow club members, soak in vineyard views, and raise a glass (or two) to the change of seasons and new bubbles!
Sunday, October 5 | 11:00, 1:00, or 3:00 p.m. Fall Release Party at Madeline George Garden Design & Nursery
We’re taking the party to the garden! Come sip our latest sparkling wines, enjoy sweet and savory bites, and pick up your fall allotment at the lovely Madeline George Nursery (10550 W Hill Rd Pkwy, Boise).
Celebrate Thanksgiving weekend with a special vertical tasting of four vintages of our Sparkling Whitewater Chardonnay. Discover how each year shapes the wine and tells its own story through the aging process. Whitewater was the first wine we ever produced and it has a very special place in our hearts. It’s such an exciting experience to see how it changes year over year and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Saturday & Sunday, December 20–21 I Portage Release Party If you have to portage on the river, you know it’s going to take a while. It’s not the fastest path—but it’s the one you choose when the journey is worth it.
We’re thrilled to finally release our Portage—a sparkling wine from 3100 Cellar’s second harvest in 2015, when they made enough wine to put 1,000 bottles away to age before sharing again.. It’s been aging tirage-style for nearly 10 years. That’s a whole decade of patience, intention, and anticipation.
Portage marks a rite of passage for us. It’s a celebration of time, perseverance, and what it means to stay the course.
Join us as we step back in time, taste through the years, and embrace not just where we started—but where we’re headed.
Come celebrate with us this winter solstice with bonfires, snacks, and plenty of bubbles. It's a toast to the long haul, to aging with grace, and to the beauty of every stage along the way.
New year, new traditions! We’ll be welcoming 2026 with a relaxing and fun Sip & Stretch series featuring yoga and Pilates sessions paired with post class bubbles. Stay tuned for exact dates and sign-up info coming soon.
