Booking a tasting with us goes beyond just sampling wines. We offer a full tasting experience where guests enjoy a selection of our current wines, thoughtfully paired with locally sourced snacks, followed by a comprehensive tour of our estate vineyard and winery. Our ten-acre estate is home to a diverse ecosystem, with abundant wildlife and pollinator habitats, which we actively protect as part of our commitment to sustainable farming.
During the tour, we’ll share how the unique ecosystem and regional climate contribute to the perfect conditions for producing sparkling wines, and how we’re dedicated to farming for the future by minimizing our impact on the environment.
Next, we’ll guide you through the winemaking process, showing you how we transform our grapes into world-class sparkling wines. You’ll explore our cellar and learn the full journey, from harvest to bottle.
Our tasting room is located at our estate vineyard and winery, just minutes from downtown Eagle, Idaho, in the heart of the Eagle Foothills American Viticulture Area.
Tastings are currently available by appointment only. The tasting fee is $25 per person, waived with a purchase of three or more bottles per person. 3100 Wine Club members enjoy a set number of complimentary tastings each year, depending on their membership level.

Join us Valentine’s Day weekend, Thursday, February 12th through Sunday, February 15th, for a special rosé tasting experience.
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we’ll be pouring a curated rosé flight featuring your favorite pink bubbles: Initial Descent (Sparkling Malbec Rosé), Alluvial (Sparkling Mourvèdre Rosé), Runoff Rosé (Sparkling Syrah Rosé), and a sneak peak of one of our unfinished rosés.
This guided tasting flight will be paired with plenty of Valentine’s-inspired treats from our favorite local vendors, including chocolates (of course!).
