This Halloween, we’re bringing a few of our library wines back from the dead for one spooky week only! Join us in the tasting room October 28th–November 1st for our Back From the Dead Tasting, featuring: 2019 Whitewater, 2021 Pool & Drop, 2023 Downstream Oar, and 2022 Runoff Rosé!

Join us this Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, November 27 – Sunday, November 29, for a special vertical tasting experience. Explore our Sparkling Chardonnay across four vintages— 2015 Portage, 2018 Eddy Out, 2023 Whitewater, and a sneak peek at our unfinished 2025 Whitewater.
This guided vertical flight highlights how each vintage tells its own story, showcasing the subtle changes year over year. Tastings will be paired with thoughtfully curated snacks designed to complement and enhance the wines.

Booking a tasting with us goes beyond just sampling wines. We offer a full tasting experience where guests enjoy a selection of our current wines, thoughtfully paired with locally sourced snacks, followed by a tour of our estate vineyard and winery. Our ten-acre estate is home to a diverse ecosystem, with abundant wildlife and pollinator habitats, which we actively protect as part of our commitment to sustainable farming.
During the tour, we’ll share how the unique ecosystem and regional climate contribute to the perfect conditions for producing sparkling wines, and how we’re dedicated to farming for the future by minimizing our impact on the environment.
Next, we’ll guide you through the winemaking process, showing you how we transform our grapes into world-class sparkling wines. You’ll explore our cellar and learn the full journey, from harvest to bottle.
Tasting Fee: Tastings are $25 per person and include a guided tasting of our sparkling wines and snack pairings, as well as a tour of our vineyard and cellar. The tasting fee is waived with a purchase of three or more bottles per person.
3100 Wine Club members enjoy a set number of complimentary tastings each year, depending on their membership level.

Family Friendly: Kids are always welcome at 3100 Cellars. We love sharing our vineyard and the experience of Idaho wine country with the whole family!
Dogs Welcome: Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leash on our patio. We ask that furry friends remain outside of our tasting room and winery spaces.
Picnic-Style Food Welcome: Your tasting includes snack pairings, but you're welcome to bring your own picnic-style food to enjoy during your reservation.
