Our release events are a wonderful chance to connect with fellow club members, discover our newest sparkling wine releases, savor thoughtful food pairings, and raise a glass to the start of a new season.
Beyond releases, our tasting room offers a variety of unique experiences—from vertical tastings, to yoga classes, to curated pairing menus and festive holiday crafting sessions. Whatever the occasion, we invite you to join us, share in the adventure, and make lasting memories with 3100 Cellars.

Join us Valentine’s Day weekend, Thursday, February 12th through Sunday, February 15th, for a special rosé tasting experience.
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we’ll be pouring a curated rosé flight featuring your favorite pink bubbles: Initial Descent (Sparkling Malbec Rosé), Alluvial (Sparkling Mourvèdre Rosé), Runoff Rosé (Sparkling Syrah Rosé), and a sneak peak of one of our unfinished rosés.
This guided tasting flight will be paired with plenty of Valentine’s-inspired treats from our favorite local vendors, including chocolates (of course!).

Are you feeling lucky? Join us for a festive St. Patrick’s Day Blind Tasting experience Thursday, March 19th - Sunday, March 22. Put your tasting skills (and a little luck) to the test as you sample a selection of our sparkling wines served blind.

Come celebrate Idaho Wine Month with us for a special SUP n' Sip experience. Join us June 26th from 6:00–9:00 p.m. at Idaho River Sports! Kick off the evening with a peaceful paddle on the pond from 6:00–7:00 p.m.—paddleboard rental included.
After your paddle, head back to the shop and keep the evening flowing with some bubbles. We’ll have wine tastings and glass pours available to enjoy while you relax with friends, family, and good company.
