WINE RELEASED - 2015 Runoff Rosé
Runoff Rosé tasting notes and wine info - 100% Bitner Vineyards Syrah fermented dry and then bottled with additional sugar and yeast for a secondary fermentation in bottle. A true “methode traditionale” sparkling wine made in Idaho, with Idaho fruit, by Idahoans to boot. Aged sur lees for 26 months, riddled by hand, disgorged by hand, and finished completely dry. Very fine bubbles in the glass with a light pale dried apple skin. Dusty raspberry aromas with a hint of rosehip tea. Apricot, pear, and sandalwood flavors are enhanced by the fine bubbles on the palate.

The highlight of this party - We have already outgrown our party space! We'll have to think about where to have our spring release party, because we need a little more wiggle room. We also learned that lots of you enjoyed watching Marshall saber a bottle open, so I think that will be part of our releases moving forward. We hope you can come to our next release party, join our mailing list and like our facebook page for most up to date info on release parties.
