Spring is in the air, and our Spring Release events are right around the corner! As we welcome spring, the start of river season, and this beautiful Idaho weather, we’re so excited to celebrate the change of seasons and share our newest wines with you. We have such an exciting lineup, this spring that we can’t wait to share:

We’d love to see you at our Spring Release events this April to sip, celebrate, and enjoy our newest wines. And they are the perfect opportunity to pick up your allotment! Here are all the 2026 Spring Release event details:
Brunch at the Winery: Sunday, April 19 | 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (SOLD OUT)
Come hang out at the winery with us and enjoy a delicious, locally sourced brunch perfectly paired with all of our newest wines. Cheers to spring and more days on the deck!

Spring Release Party: Saturday, April 25 & Sunday, April 26
Join us for a weekend celebrating our newest releases, thoughtfully paired with sweet and savory bites at The Chocolat Bar’s production/event space (3333 N Cole Rd, Boise, ID 83704). Bring your friends, explore the wines, and pick up your Spring allotment.
$25 per person | $15 wine club**
This year, we’ve extended our Spring Release Party to a two-day event so we can see more of you! For both days, tickets are available at 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 p.m. Everyone - members and non-members - is welcome! Just be sure to log in to your account for your discounted member tickets.

If you aren’t able to attend the full Spring Release Party, you are absolutely welcome (and encouraged!) to swing by The Chocolat Bar’s production space just to pick up your allotment anytime from 12:00–5:00 p.m. on either day. No ticket is needed for pickup only—just stop in, grab your wine, and say hi!
New this release; we are so excited to offer customizable allotments for all club members! This means you get to build your perfect mix of wines. Our new system makes it very easy to select exactly which wines you would like included—whether that’s all new releases, old favorites, or a mix of both.
Simply log in to your account, browse, and choose your favorites. You can select from all of our available wines—not just the new releases—before we process club credit cards on Friday, May 8. But if you still like us to choose, you will get a winemaker’s selection of our newest wines!
Portage Spring Release Discount - If you haven’t had a chance to taste our 10-year extended tirage wine, Portage, that we quietly released at the end of 2025, now’s your chance! We are offering an additional $10 off your club rate when you add it to your spring allotment.
All club credit cards will be processed on Friday, May 8. Please confirm that all of your account details and credit card information are correct so there is no delay in getting your allotment.
For shipping club members, allotments will be shipped on Monday, May 18. If you will not be home to sign for your package, please let us know and we can arrange different shipping dates.
We know you are part of the club because you love our bubbles, and we want you to experience and enjoy them! Please plan to pick up your allotment or make arrangements to by Monday, June 29. After that, your wine will be shipped to you and shipping fees will be charged.
