We got a little funky with the Phunk this year and blended Chardonnay and Syrah together! There are over 3,100 whitewater river miles in Idaho. Our story started on the Middle Fork of the Salmon, where Marshall introduced himself as, General Phunk, paddle boat captain extraordinaire. Our homestead style bubbles (for you bubble heads out there, read ancestrale method), are mischievous yet an assertive sip; and so the general is reincarnated. This wine is made to be enjoyed chilled, young, and with your favorite paddle boat crew in mind.
