Join us this Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, November 28 – Sunday, November 30, at 3100 Cellars for a special tasting experience. Explore our Whitewater Sparkling Chardonnay across four vintages—2021, 2020, 2019, and a sneak peek at our unfinished 2023.
This guided vertical flight highlights how each vintage tells its own story, showcasing the subtle changes year to year. Tastings will be paired with thoughtfully curated snacks designed to complement and enhance the wines.
