100% Bitner Vineyards Chardonnay - a nose of persimmon and a hint of something floral, maybe jasmine? Fresh slices of Jonagold apples mix with not-yet-baked toppings for a crumble. This might be the highest alcohol wine we have made... so it packs quite the punch of bubbles and buzz. Bubbles and buzz? That could only describe Big Water Blowout on the Main each spring, we can't wait to taste a bit of this wine when that event is going on.
