Join us for a special tasting at our estate vineyard where we will also learn to harvest and save seeds! We will be focusing on native and endemic plants in our area. Your tasting fee includes your bubbly tasting AND all the seeds you collect in the vineyard. Hailey Minder (our winemaker) will lead the tasting portion and Casey OLeary (co-founder of Snake River Seeds) will lead the seed portion including a live demo of cleaning seeds! A real treat, and quite possibly as good of a wine pairing as a river story! There are a few special plants that might not be seeding at this time of year, so we will be providing some seed packets from Snake River Seeds.
