100% Gewurztraminer from Sawtooth Vineyard. This is not your typical gewurztraminer. It is a zingy, sparkling take on the classic grape that grows well in our region. Bursting open with pineapple, green apple, lemon custard, and a hint of jasmine. If you let it sit in your glass long enough you might even pick up on the more nuanced elements of lemon grass, verbena, and some lemon curd pastry.
