There are over 3,100 whitewater miles in Idaho. Our story started on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and became entrenched in sparkling wines on the pools and drop rapids of Hells Canyon. We believe in Idaho's water, soils, and farmers; so we work with varieties grow well here. Gewurztraminer isn't a common variety made into sparkling wine, but it makes delicious bubbly!
