100% Sawtooth Vineyards Syrah. Aged sur lees for 30 months, riddled by hand, disgorged by hand, and finished with a hint of sugar (2g/l). This much darker rosé is magnetic in a tulip glass and creates a soft pink halo of bubbly foam while being poured. Traditional Idaho Syrah rosé flavors of cranberry, Bing cherry, and a some interesting rose hip and fresh brioche elements.
