A true “methode traditionale” sparkling wine made in Idaho, with Idaho fruit, by Idahoans to boot! Aged sur lees for 22 months, riddled by hand, disgorged by hand, and finished with a hint of sugar (4g/l). Fine and persistent bubbles burst as you inhale giving a zing to the berry compote and strawberry tart aromas. The flavors as you sip develop from cranberry, to red apple.
