A true “methode traditionale” sparkling wine made in Idaho, with Idaho fruit, by Idahoans to boot! Riddled by hand, disgorged by hand, and finished with just a hint of sweetness. Very fine bubbles and a cheerful yellow hue with tart apple, juicy pear flavors, and fresh brioche.
