There are over 3,100 whitewater miles in Idaho. Our story started on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and became entrenched in sparkling wines on the pools and drop rapids of Hells Canyon. We believe in Idaho's water, soils, and farmers; so we work with varieties grow well here. Gewurztraminer isn't a common variety made into sparkling wine, but it makes delicious bubbly! 100% Gewurztraminer from Sawtooth Vineyard. This is not your typical gewurztraminer. It is a zingy, sparkling take on the classic grape that grows well in our region. Bursting open with pineapple, green apple, lemon custard, and a hint of jasmine. If you let it sit in your glass long enough you might even pick up on the more nuanced elements of lemon grass, verbena, and some lemon curd pastry.
