We destem and then let our syrah grapes sit on the skins for just an hour or so before pressing them to get the rich color in this sparkling wine. 100% Syrah from Sawtooth Vineyards. Raspberry, pluot, elderflower, and a hint of cardamom and tea leaves round out this crisp and full bodied sparkling rosé.
