Last week Hailey went to Unified, Grape and Wine Symposium, and spent some time researching new techniques, new equipment, and connecting with friends from across the industry. The highlight of the trip was getting to help Brenna and Jim with the Idaho Wine Commission pour Idaho wines at the industry event. Every year there are more people that come and find the Idaho wine table because they loved our little state's wines so much in years past.
